Rated excellently by our customers.

Great service. Not even a hint of 'salesman' about the team here. They listened, and with their advice I was able to find exactly what I needed for a great price (a rival big name company had been pushing me to spend a lot more, on carpet that would have been far more than I needed).
Action were able to get the carpet in stock, and fitted, really quickly.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the initial enquiry and quote to visiting the shop and being shown numerous designs on the play table to help us get the right floor for the house. The fitters were out of this world, friendly, punctual, and masters of their craft. We really appreciate it and over the moon with the finish. We can't thank the whole action carpet team enough.

Used Action to carpet my new home. Easy to book an estimate, great choice of carpets available. Excellent product knowledge instore to help me choose. Good communication from the team, they stayed in touch and were able to come earlier on my installation day. Thank you to Lee and Jordan who made short work of removing the old carpet and underlay, before expertly fitting the new one. I am delighted with the finish and definitely recommend the Folkestone team ⭐

I had an excellent experience with Action Carpets in Dover from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and really helpful in choosing the right carpet. The service was efficient, the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished result looks fantastic.

Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m really pleased with the quality and would happily recommend Action Carpets to anyone looking for great service, quality flooring, and a reliable local company.
Five stars!

Recently ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms. As all trades are extremely busy at the moment (I think there's a boom in home improvements currently), first available fitting was originally booked in for early July.

Couple of days after placing the order, they rang me and said they had a last minute cancellation and could now fit me in earlier, so the next day their team of fitters turned up to fit the new carpets.

I can thoroughly recommend this company - competitive prices, great service, helpful knowledgeable staff, lots of stock in their warehouse to choose from, and the fitting team did a great job.

Later in the year I shall need new flooring for other parts of the house, and I shall definitely be using this company again.

Give your custom to a great local company - much better than the usual 'big boys' carpet retailers.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Instore guy really friendly and helpful. Carpet fitters were amazing, very efficient and did a fabulous job! They took all rubbish away. Highly recommend Action carpets.

Fantastic customer service in this store - from the minute you walk through the door, whilst on the shop floor or leaving, someone is always there to ensure you can locate what you are looking for, and if there is anything they could do to help. Customer service at its best here, the guys will go above and beyond to help and almost make it like they are shifting their plans around to fit you in at the earliest opportunity. Great range of flooring and accessories. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I’ve been a regular customer of Action Carpets Whitfield for a while now, and they never fail to impress me! They’ve just been back again to do more work in my home, and everything looks amazing as always. The office staff are brilliant — they’re always so helpful and patient, especially when I come to them with one of my crazy décor ideas! They always find a way to make it work and keep it affordable too. I’ll definitely continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results.

I have regularly bought carpet and lino here since 2008 because their large range of remnants are such good value and quality.

The store is zoned, making it easy to browse and find what you are looking for. Everything is on one level with no steps and plenty of space to move around.

There must be 250+ carpet sample books on display. Thankfully, the knowledgeable staff seem to come to the rescue just at the right time.

Everything is clearly priced.
Itemised quotes are freely given.
Carpet fitting is competitively priced and done by self-employed fitters.
Hard floors are fitted by company employees.

Yesterday a team Paul and he work partner laid carpet ( Caress) in my front room/dining room
Also complete stairway.
The decorator had completed the day before
I can’t thank them both enough
Not once did they damage any of the skirting boards
They were polite efficient and tidy
Another great job by the team including Lesley who detailed everything to me, whether they needed to get the doors trimmed
Whether I needed carpet gripper
Underlay ect.
Thank you for a brilliant job!

Great prices and excellent customer service. We were looking for a more expensive carpet, but after talking to the salesman he advised it would not be suitable for where we wanted it fitted. So we changed our choice for a slightly cheaper version that he assured would do the job. No gimmicky sale prices but cheaper than the previous well known store we had visited.

I have used Action many times over the years & will not use anyone else.
They will always go above and beyond.
Friendly, helpful & will always do their best to help you out.

Just had another 2 bed house fitted throughout. Great quality carpet. Fitters On time & fitted lovely

Great work Action Carpets. Thank you

Went into showroom for a new carpet, found one, showed a very nice young man who was extremely helpful and polite throughout!
Had carpet fitted today by a lovely young lady, what an easy going, friendly, professional young lady, didn't take her long as it's a small room, but the fit is perfect, she was amazing!!! Thank you,we will be back!

Action Carpets have covered all rooms in my house. I can recommend them to anyone. From house measuring to choosing products the store staff could not have been more helpful. The fitters have done a wonderful job and the flooring looks so good. I should have posted earlier as this work was finished 3 months ago

Action Carpets are absolutely brilliant from having the measurements done, to helping us with carpet choices- to the two guys who fitted our carpet. The fitters didn't even mind moving our three piece suite for us as we had nowhere to put it.

We will most definitely be using this company again for when we need a carpet for our hallway, stairs and landing.

Their attitude towards their customers are absolutely fantastic unlike another company.

Well done Action Carpets for a fantastic job

1st class service from beginning in store to completion. I would recommend this store for all flooring. Well done Dover branch. All staff including fitters are a credit to you.

So far, so great!! All the staff are really friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I asked for the fitters who laid my friends carpet, because this was what recommended Action Carpets to me - no problem at all and the flat I am moving to is well out of the area.

We have bought lino from here twice now and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great products and great prices, especially if you shop the off cut sections for small rooms.

Hall and stair carpets fitted and one bedroom. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, from choosing what we wanted through the measuring onto the ordering and finally the fitting, all went smoothly and professionally.

I just bought a small lino remnant . I had such good service from Chris who reserved my choice and rerolled the remnant to get it in my car . Would definitely use again

Great place yo get your carpet. Really good carpet prices...had a quote here which saved me over £500. Will use again next time we need carpets etc.

I moved into my house at very short notice in 2019, the ladies that sorted out carpets for me was lovely and they arranged at very short notice to carpets my house the very next morning, 3 years on the carpets are lovely still always look amazing, I'm going g back there today to look for vinyl floor covering and know it will be coast effective 😀 thank you

Excellent service at short notice including delivery of the flooring we required within the hour, excellent customer service and would definitely put Action carpets at the top of the list when we look for new carpets or flooring

A big thank you to Action Carpets for replacing our carpet with no fuss, or charge, would highly recommend *****

Lesley at Action Carpets is a real gem! I only needed a small piece of Lyno for my bathroom, and she was so kind. My selection was made very quickly, as I had to get the flooring ordered and delivered asap due to shops being shut for Covid. I had booked my builder to start the bathroom on 6th July, which meant Lesley really had to move heaven and earth to get my flooring for me on time. I would certainly recommend this company again, and when we do our kitchen next year, I shall be returning. Many thanks for your professional yet personal service.

Very helpful staff, came out and measured up, then we popped in store to pick the floor coverings, there was a large choice, we picked and paid straight away, have booked the fitting now and I can't wait!

Excellent service, quick ,proffesional, helpful, always keep you informed. They use really good fitters.

Found a rug I liked within minutes but wanted a bigger one. The gentleman ordered it for me. 4 days laterI should be able to pick it up
